    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization, rinsing, filling, sealing and conveying system of a bottle which can be conveyed stably without generating deformation and the fall of a thin wall bottle and of which the installation space is also small and the maintenance of a sterile environment is also easy.
      SOLUTION: The maintenance of the sterile environment is made easy by abolishing the need of the sterilization and the rinsing of a skirt and by making a sterile closure space saved in space by installing the skirt by a skirt installing mechanism at the bottom of a sealed bottle filled and sealed in the exhausting opening of the sterile closure space. Moreover, the deformation and the fall are prevented by making conveyance possible by preparing an openable and closeable holding member which can hold over the semicircle or more of a sealed bottle shell diameter and a supporting member which follows the conveyance of the bottle and moves up-and-down toward the sealed bottle bottom and supports the bottle section of the bottle in the receiving conveyance wheel, and by holding over the semicircle or more of the shell diameter by the holding member and supporting the bottle bottom with the supporting member, even if it is the sealed bottle currently supported by a neck ring.
