    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollution prevention fence to which perfect collision prevention measures are applied.SOLUTION: A pollution prevention fence 10 comprises a curtain part 102 and a float part 104 which provides buoyancy to the curtain part 102. As collision prevention measures, a marker lamp 12 is directly attached to the float part 104, so that the marker lamp 12 is locked to the float part 104 without using a floating lamp mooring rope unlike the conventional art. Therefore, outflow prevention of the marker lamp 12 is realized and in particular, labor and efforts required for maintenance for preventing the marker lamp 12 from flowing out under stormy weather are reduced. Moreover, the float part 104 and the marker lamp 12 oscillate together on a water surface S, so that the marker lamp 12 moves in coordination with floating/sinking of the float part 104 in accordance with a wave height and thus the marker lamp 12 only being hidden among waves is also prevented.
