摘要： A multilayer color photographic material having at least one red sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing a cyan coupler of the formula (I): ##STR1## wherein X represents a hydrogen atom or a chlorine atom and n is a positive integer of 8 to 20, is processed by a color developer containing a developing agent of the formula (II): ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 each represents a hydrogen atom, a chlorine atom, a methyl group, an ethyl group, a methoxy group or an ethoxy group; R.sub.5 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an alkoxyalkyl group wherein the number of carbon atoms in said alkyl moiety is 1 to 4, or a group of the formula --(CH.sub.2).sub.m R.sub.6 ; R.sub.6 represents a hydroxy group, a methylsulfonamido group, or an ethylsulfonamido group; and m represents a positive integer of 1 to 4.
