摘要： There are disclosed a laser clad valve seat raw-material powder superior in productivity, cladding property, wear resistance and finishing property, and a laser clad valve seat using the same superior in wear resistance. The row-material powder comprises a powder mixture comprising: 80 to 99% by weight of a Cu-based alloy powder comprising 0.5 to 5% by weight of B, 0 to 20% by weight of Ni, 0 to 10% by weight of Fe plus Co, 0 to 5% by weight of Si, 0 to 3% by weight of Al, and the balance Cu and unavoidable impurities; and 1-20% by weight of an Fe or Co based alloy powder having a Vickers hardness of 500 HV or higher and an average particle diameter of 50 to 200 μm of and comprising 5 to 40% by weight of Mo, 0 to 25% by weight of Cr, 0 to 5% by weight of Si, and the balance Fe or Co and unavoidable impurities.

摘要： An exhaust valve for automobile engines, which is durable at such a high temperature as 900° C., and exhibits high fatigue strength and high oxidation resistance is disclosed. The exhaust valve is made of a Ni-based alloy consisting essentially of, by weight %. C: 0.01-0.15%, Si: up to 2.0%, Mn: up to 1.0%, P: up to 0.02%, S: up to 0.01%, Co: 0.1-15%, Cr: 15-25%, one or two of Mo: 0.1-10% and W: 0.1-5% in such amount that Mo+½ W; 3-10%, Al: 1.0-3.0%, Ti: 2.0-3.5%, provided that, by atomic %, Al+Ti: 6.3-8.5% and Ti/Al ratio: 0.4-0.8, and further, by weight %, B: 0.001-0.01%, Fe: up to 3%, and the balance of Ni and inevitable impurities by hot forging to give the form of an exhaust valve and subjecting to solid solution at 1000-1200° C. and aging at 700-950° C.

摘要： A control circuit for an automatic cooking apparatus for cooking processed food contained in a cup, wherein desired ones of a plurality of hot water sources can be operated during a predetermined time by operating one of a group of cook selector controls. The control circuit comprises a plurality of timers each of which has a variable operating time period. Each timer is connected to a corresponding one of the cook selector controls and is started by the operation of one of those selector controls. A corresponding cooking device is connected to an output of each timer, a corresponding hot water source is connected, and to a power source through a common diode. The output of each timer connected to each selector control, which selects the operation of two or more hot water source, is connected through a diode to a cooking device to be operated at the time of the operation of the hot water source connected to the each timer.

摘要： An iron-based alloy comprises 1.5 to 2.5 wt % of C, 0.25 to 4.75 wt % of Ni, and W and V in quantities surrounded by the line L as shown in FIG. 1 of the attached drawings with a balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The iron-based alloy is obtained by a first heat treatment for applying a solid solution treatment by rapidly cooling the iron-based alloy from a temperature of an austenite forming temperature or more to consequently obtain a mixed matrix comprising a base matrix of martensite and remaining austenite phases and a non-molten carbide, and a second heat treatment for cooling the iron-based alloy after precipitating an MC type carbide within an eutectoid transformation temperature range to consequently precipitate a low carbon content austenite phase.
