摘要： There is provided a rotary compressor capable of preventing deterioration of performance following plug fixing carried out to prevent falling-off of a spring member. The rotary compressor comprises a cylinder constituting a rotary compression element, a roller engaged with an eccentric portion formed in a rotary shaft of an electric element, and eccentrically rotated in the cylinder, a vane abutted on the roller to divide an inside of the cylinder into a low pressure chamber side and a high pressure chamber side, a spring member for always pressing the vane to the roller side, a housing portion of the spring member, formed in the cylinder, and opened to the vane side and a hermetically sealed container side, a plug positioned in the hermetically sealed container side of the spring member, and inserted into the housing portion to fit into a gap, and an O ring attached around the plug to seal a part between the plug and the housing portion. In this case, a space between the cylinder and the hermetically sealed container is set smaller than a distance from the O ring to an end of the plug on the hermetically sealed container side.

摘要： Refrigerant compressed by a first stage compression elements (30) run by a motor (20) is discharged in the closed container (10) via a silencer chamber (35) to cool the motor (20) before the refrigerant is led to a second stage compression element (40). The refrigerant is discharged from the second stage compression element (40) out of the compressor after it is further compressed in the second compression element (40). Thus, the motor (20) is cooled in a simple cooling mechanism during normal operation of the compressor.

摘要： A two-cylinder type two-stage compression rotary compressor has an electric motor portion in a closed container and upper and lower cylinders driven by a rotating shaft of the electric motor portion; the insides of the respective cylinders are partitioned by upper and lower vanes and upper and lower rollers which are fitted to upper and lower eccentric portions provided to the rotating shaft to eccentrically rotate in the upper and lower cylinders; a lower stage side compression portion for sucking and compressing a refrigerant gas to be discharged, a high stage compression portion, and an intermediate partition plate provided between the both compression portions to insert the rotating shaft therethrough are included; the upper and lower eccentric portions provided to the rotating shaft have a phase difference of 180 degrees; a connecting portion for connecting the both eccentric portions has such a non-circular cross-sectional shape such as that the thickness in a direction orthogonal to an eccentric direction is set larger than the thickness in the eccentric direction; the cross-sectional area is larger than the cross-sectional area of the rotating shaft.

摘要： There is provided a rotary compressor capable of preventing deterioration of performance following plug fixing carried out to prevent falling-off of a spring member. The rotary compressor comprises a cylinder constituting a rotary compression element, a roller engaged with an eccentric portion formed in a rotary shaft of an electric element, and eccentrically rotated in the cylinder, a vane abutted on the roller to divide an inside of the cylinder into a low pressure chamber side and a high pressure chamber side, a spring member for always pressing the vane to the roller side, a housing portion of the spring member, formed in the cylinder, and opened to the vane side and a hermetically sealed container side, a plug positioned in the hermetically sealed container side of the spring member, and inserted into the housing portion to fit into a gap, and an O ring attached around the plug to seal a part between the plug and the housing portion. In this case, a space between the cylinder and the hermetically sealed container is set smaller than a distance from the O ring to an end of the plug on the hermetically sealed container side.
