    • Provided is a molding machine system enabling a free setting of execution timings of respective steps in a molding cycle of heating of a mold, injection and pressure holding of a molding material, cooling of the mold, etc. The molding machine system repeating a series of molding cycle comprises three temperature sensors arranged at predetermined places of a mold, a change-over valve unit having a heat medium channel by which heating medium from a heating unit, cooling medium from a cooling unit and pressurized air are changed over to be supplied into and recovered from the mold and a molding control means, provided on the change-over valve unit, having a temperature judging program judging respective detected temperatures of the three temperature sensors to give a judgement result and a timer to give a time set signal. A molding operation control is carried out by combining the judgement result with the time set signal and enables an arbitrary supply control of the heating medium, cooling medium and pressurized air to be supplied into the mold and an arbitrary supply control of the molding material to be supplied into the mold.

    • The present invention provides a mold multiple heating and cooling system which, for a plurality of molding machines, allows a single temperature control apparatus to be used to selectively supply steam or warm water, or cooling water for carrying out molding, and eliminates the need for separately installing a venting apparatus. The mold heating and cooling system pertaining to the present embodiment 1 includes a steam heating unit 30, a warm water heating unit 35, and a cooling unit 40 which feed steam, warm water, and cooling water, respectively, to molds 1 to 4 for two molding machines 8a and 8b that include an in-mold temperature sensor TC1 to TC4, respectively; a single temperature control apparatus 10 which is disposed between the units and the respective molds 1 to 4 of the two molding machines 8a and 8b, being connected by a piping therebetween; control means 50 which, on the basis of a temperature detected by each in-mold temperature sensor TC1 to TC4 disposed in said respective molds 1 to 4, determines the temperature of the respective molds 1 to 4 on a previously stored temperature determination program for controlling selective supply and discharge of steam or warm water, or cooling water to/from the respective molds 1 to 4 of the two molding machines 8a and 8b according to a molding cycle for each molded article therefor, and a mold vacuum system 80 which carries out sucking and discharging of the gas and air inside the respective molds 1 to 4, and air blowing for the respective molds under the control of the control means 50.

    • A colored plastics molding device can perform automatic calibration, and thus colorant can be charged, being free from wrong calculation and error, and therefore, high-quality colored plastics molded items can be obtained. The colored plastics molding device 1 comprises a hopper 2 which stores a raw plastics material for molding having a thermoplasticity and discharges the raw plastics material stored; a cylindrical transfer member 3 which transfers the raw plastics material from this hopper 2; a colorant supply device 5 which supplies a liquid colorant to the inside of the transfer member 3, the discharge end of a freely replaceable nozzle 23 being disposed there; a conveying device 4 which mixes the raw plastics material fed through the transfer member 3 with the colorant, while conveying the mixture for molding; a detection device 12 which detects the conveying state of the conveying device 4; and a control part 25 which performs operation control of the colorant supply device 5 on the basis of the result of detection by this detection device 12; wherein the colorant supply device has an automatic calibration function which allows automatic setting of the quantity of liquid colorant to be supplied.
