摘要： A solid electrolytic capacitor having (A) a capacitor element including an oxide layer 1 formed on a part of an outer surface of a valve metal anode body, a solid electrolyte layer 2 formed on the oxide layer layer, and a cathode conductor layer 3 formed on the solid electrolyte layer, and an anode lead out area on a remaining part of the anode body, (B) lead terminals connected to the cathode and the anode lead out area of the capacitor element, and (C) a packaging resin encapsulating the capacitor element with parts of the lead terminals exposed outside. The solid electrolytic capacitor has a first separation strip 6 and a second separation strip 7 formed on a part of the roughened surface layer and also has insulating material 8 on the respective surfaces of the first and the second separation strips.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor is described. The method comprises providing a valve metal member which has a dielectric film and an inorganic conductive layer formed on opposite sides of the valve metal member in this order, immersing the valve metal member in an electrolytic polymerization solution, and applying an electric potential sufficient to cause electrolytic polymerization between a first polymerization electrode which is provided on said at least one side of said valve metal member through an electric insulating member and a second polymerization electrode kept away from said first polymerization electrode. Further, the valve metal member may be separated into two regions with an insulating separation layer. One region is a capacitor region and the other is an anode terminal region. The anode terminal region is enfolded or convolutely wound to improve the volumetric efficiency. Solid electrolytic capacitors manufactured by the methods are also described.

摘要： A cathode ray tube includes a bulb including a front panel and a funnel, and an electron gun. The front panel includes a color selection mechanism and phosphors on an inner surface thereof. The funnel includes a conductive layer on an inner wall thereof. The electron gun is accommodated in a neck portion of the funnel. The conductive layer is divided into at least two regions, each of which has a different electric potential. A high electric potential conductive layer having a high electric potential, an insulating region, a resistive layer, and a low electric potential conductive layer having an electric potential lower than that of the high electric potential conductive layer are formed in this order from the panel side to the electron gun side. With this configuration, the two conductive layers do not interfere with each other because of discharge or the like and are independent, and stable voltage can be maintained. Thus, an electrostatic lens can be formed.

摘要： A method for fabricating a solid electrolytic capacitor is described, in which a solid electrolyte is made of a conductive polymer layer and is formed on a conductive inorganic layer which is formed on a metallic foil through a dielectric film. For the formation of the conductive polymer layer, while an external electrode is not directly contacted with the conductive inorganic layer, the electrolytic polymerization reaction of a polymerizable monomer in an electrolytic solution is carried out. For this purpose, the external electrode may be covered with a conductive polymer film at the contact portion. Alternatively, the external electrode may be moved from one position to another or may be kept apart from the conductive inorganic layer during the electrolytic polymerization reaction. By this, the mechanical damages of the conductive inorganic layer with the external electrode are suppressed with good electric characteristics of the capacitor.

摘要： A method for fabricating solid electrolytic capacitors which comprises providing a valve metal foil having a dielectric film and a conductive inorganic film formed on the valve metal foil in this order, contacting an electrode for electrolytic polymerization with part of the valve metal foil wherein the electrode is made of a material incapable of undergoing anodization in an electrolytic polymerization solution, subjecting the valve metal foil to electrolytic polymerization by application of a potential between the electrode and a counter electrode to form a conductive polymer film on the conductive inorganic film, and removing the electrode along with the contacted portion of the valve metal foil. At least one conductive paste film may be formed on the conductive polymer film prior to the removal of the electrode. In addition, an insulating film may be formed on an exposed portion of the valve metal foil after the removal of the electrode. A fabrication method of a capacitor unit having at least two capacitor elements is also described.
