The outer cover constitutes an enclosure of a display section, and covers the back of a display unit to be assembled in the display section. 摘要： According to one embodiment, an electronic apparatus includes a housing including a peripheral wall on which an opening is provided, and an anchor plate supported by the housing. The anchor plate is slidable between a first position, in which the anchor plate is accommodated within the housing, and a second position, in which the anchor plate projects from the housing through the opening. The anchor plate includes an aperture to which an anti-theft device may be attached, in a portion that is exposed outside the housing when the anchor plate is slid to the second position. The anchor plate is held in the second position by a stop mechanism when the anchor plate is slid at least to the second position.
