    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator including a door having a structure of protecting a vacuum heat insulating material from a hard and moving member such as a hinge.SOLUTION: A refrigerator includes: a heat insulating box body formed by filling a heat insulating material between an inner box and an outer box and opened on a front face; and a plurality of doors of a double door type and a drawer type for closing an opening of the front face of the heat insulating box body. The door 21 includes: a flat box-shaped outer plate 31 opened on a side face on a refrigerator indoor side; an inner plate 32 in a flat box shape opened to the front of the refrigerator and fixed to the outer plate 31 while the respective opening sides face each other; and a vacuum heat insulating material 35 arranged between the outer plate 31 and the inner plate 32 so as to be held by the entire opposed surfaces of them. The outer plate 31 and the inner plate 32 have hinge parts 50 to be turnably mounted on the heat insulating box body at upper and lower parts, and the vacuum heat insulating material 35 in the door 21 is formed in such a shape that a corner part close to the hinge part 50 is chamfered.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify constitution of the captioned device by making a long size material transfered in the orthogonal direction to the longitudinal direction and stopped with a stopper, and a long size material already retained on a fixed rail, are to be picked up concurrently at a receiving part of a movable rail rotationally moving and to be pitch forwardly sent in an alignment device of a long size material. CONSTITUTION:A long size material 2 transfered on a belt 7 in the orthogonal direction to the longitudinal direction is made to stop with a stopper 11. Then a motor 16 is driven, and a movable rail 25 is made to rotationary move via a movable collar 23. This causes the material 2 stopped with the stopper 11 to be dipped up from the lower part with a receiving recessed part 26 rotationally moving, and to be placed on a left end receiving part 10 of a fixed rail 9. At this time, the material 2 on the rail 9 is dipped up with the second part 26 of the rail 25, and carried to the next recessed part 10. By repeating the operation, long size materials are successively aligned on the fixed rail. Thus, constitution can be simplified.

    • PURPOSE:To pierce with good accuracy for the dimensional variation of a member by holding by a common holder the positioning pin coming into the groove part closest to a piercing place and a piercing punch in piercing the specified place of the long-sized member having a V shaped groove part. CONSTITUTION:In the case of piercing a hole 4 on the decoration frame 3 of the long-sized member having V grooves 5, 6, 7 the decoration frame 3 is placed on a die 8 so that the groove part 5 may be faced to a positioning pin 11 to actuate a piercing device. A holder 9 is then descended accompanying the positioning pin 11, a punch 10 and pressing plate 13. At this time if the position of the groove part 5 is not correctly matched with the position of the positioning pin 11 on the die 8, the tip part of the positioning pin 11 is abutted to the slope of the groove part 5 to slide the decoration frame 3 so as to correctly match the position of the positioning pin 11. The decoration frame 3 is then fixed by the pressing plate 13 and the punch 10 simultaneously pierces the hole 4 on the specified place.
