The covering layer is composed of at least the electrical conductive material solidified in a state where the surface of the pad is covered, and is formed by the electric conductive material flowing into the receiving part. The electric component has a pressure welding terminal welded onto the covering layer. The pad has a set area where the electric conductive material before flowing is set and an extended area which is extended in a planer state outside of the set area, and the receiving part is the extended area.
