      SOLUTION: The control device 1 includes a timer 2, a pattern 3 memory for deflection electromagnet current, a frequency pattern memory 4, and a frequency reference value correction circuit 5. Time clock is simultaneously transmitted serially at prescribed time intervals from the timer 2 to the pattern memory 3 for deflection electromagnet current and the frequency pattern memory 4. When synchronized with this time clock, a current reference value of a deflection electromagnet is output from the pattern memory 3 for defection electromagnet current to a deflection electromagnet current generator 6 and a coil current flows to the deflection electromagnet 10.
