    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio relay apparatus capable of canceling a loop interference wave.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a radio relay apparatus includes a weight generation part. The weight generation part includes a propagation path estimation part, a weight update part, a fluctuation calculation part, and a propagation path update part. Based on a known signal transmitted by a radio communication apparatus and a base band signal in which a loop interference wave has been canceled, the propagation path estimation part estimates a first propagation path response corresponding to a set of a second propagation path from the radio communication apparatus to the radio relay apparatus and a first propagation path through which the base band signal loops around a reception antenna during a period in which an RF signal is transmitted from a transmission antenna. The weight update part updates weight based on a second propagation path response corresponding to the second propagation path, and the first propagation path response. The fluctuation calculation part calculates fluctuation of the first propagation path response over a first period. The propagation path update part updates the second propagation path response based on the fluctuation.
