    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cooled conductor manufacturable at low cost and having high reliability even in the case of a long size water cooled conductor having a large vertical/lateral ratio of a cross section or in the case of a cooled water conductor having a pipe projecting from an end thereof.
      SOLUTION: This water cooled conductor is formed of a cooling pipe 13 forming a flow passage when the cooling water flows and a pair of conductor parts 11 respectively formed from a rectangular conductive body and formed with a U-shape groove 12 having a nearly semicircular cross section, to which the cooling pipe 13 is to be inserted, on a surface of one of the conductors. The cooling pipe 13 is pinched between the U-shape grooves of the pair of conductors 11, while inserting the cooling pipe 13. An abutment surface of each of the members is bonded for integration by a bonding means such as soldering, brazing, eutectic bonding and diffused bonding.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal piping inspection/maintenance apparatus that facilitates insertion into piping, that enables an execution means or an inspection means to be precisely positioned on an inner wall of the piping through easy centering with the piping, and that thereby makes accurate execution and inspection possible.
      SOLUTION: The internal piping inspection/maintenance apparatus comprises: a guide pipe 7 insertable into a target piping 1; a guide pipe moving mechanism 8 for moving the guide pipe 7 in the axial direction inside the piping 1; an executing means 4 for performing operations such as repair/inspection for the inner wall of the piping 1; and a positioning mechanism 9 that moves on the guide pipe moving mechanism 8 and that positions the executing means 4 on the inner wall of the piping 1. In the apparatus, a positioning guide 6 that comes in contact with the inner wall of the piping 1 is provided in the guide pipe 7. There are also provided a moving mechanism 10 that actuates the executing means 4 in the radial direction of the piping 1 and a moving means 12 that can move in the longitudinal and circumferential directions of the guide pipe 7, wherein the moving means 12 has the executing means 4 and positions it on the target inner wall of the piping 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the volume of a soldering tank 1 and to make a soldering machine compact.
      SOLUTION: A bottomed cylindrical outer cylinder 3 is suspended from a soldering tank 1. An electromagnetic pump body 15 having an induction coil 16 and an outer iron core 17 is arranged on the outer side of the outer cylinder 3. An inner cylinder 4 working as an inner iron core of an electromagnetic pump is inserted with a space 5 formed between the outer cylinder 3 and it. A solder flow passage 6 is formed inside the inner cylinder 4. A blower body 11 is connected to an upper portion of the inner cylinder 4. The electromagnetic pump body 15 forms the advancing magnetic field when it is energized. Solder present in the space 5 is moved downward by the operation of the advancing magnetic field, and the solder flowing into the solder flow passage 6 from the lower part of the inner cylinder 4 is moved upwardly in the solder flow passage 6 and ejected from the blower body 11.

CONSTITUTION:A double-cylinder-shaped heat-insulating vessel 4 has a heat-insulating material 4c under a cap 4d constructed of a inner cylinder 4a and an outer cylinder 4b. A gas introduction pipe 6 is connected to an active adsorption bed 5 in this vessel 4. A gas outflow pipe 8 is connected onto the outlet side of the adsorption bed 5, while the introduction pipe 6 and the outflow pipe 8 pierce the cap 4d and are connected to a tank outside the vessel 4. A spray nozzle 11 disposed in the vessel 4 is connected to a liquid nitrogen supply system C. Moreover, a heater 12 inserted into the vessel 4 is connected to a controller 14 to which a signal of a thermocouple 13 provided for the adsorption bed 15 is inputted. Piercing the cap 4d, a nitrogen gas outlet pipe 15, a pressurized gas supply pipe 16 and a liquid nitrogen discharge pipe 17 are inserted into the vessel 4. The supply pipe 16 is connected to a nitrogen gas supply system E, while the outlet pipe and the discharge pipe 17 are connected to an exhaust system D.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive the miniaturization of the capacity of a vacuum pump and the simplification of the device by exhausting fresh gas whose exhaust flow rate is comparatively large to a waste gas processing system without bringing it to pressure up by the vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION:The upstream of a confluence point G of a cover gas blowoff tube 19 and the downstream of a vacuum pump 18 are allowed to communicate with each other by a bypass tube 40 and also, a valve 35 is provided on the blowoff tube 19 of the downstream side of an inlet connecting part of this bypass tube 40, and moreover, the tip part 41 of a separating device outlet tube 34b is coupled with the blowoff tube 19 between its confluence point G and the vacuum pump 18. Also, on the bypass tube 40, a bypass valve 42 is provided on the way thereof, and the bypass valve 42 is opened at the time of exhausting fresh gas to a waste gas processing system through the blowoff tube 19. In such a way, it is possible to go round the pump 18, and the miniaturization of the pump 18 can be contrived. Moreover, pressure of the inlet side is reduced due to the miniaturization of the pump 18, therefore, a counterflow of various gas into an analyzer 31 does not occur, and it also becomes unnecessary to install an auxiliary vacuum pup.
