    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diversion device for diverting layout data of piping components and specification data of the piping components created by three-dimensional layout adjustment CAD in an existing project to a new project, and its diversion method.
      SOLUTION: The device divides an existing layout data group 15 related to piping components and an existing specification data group 16 related to piping components created by the CAD for each piping component, stores the data groups, as layout data 15a capable of being diverted and specification data 16a for each piping component in a server computer 1, inputs a retrieval key in a retrieval means disposed at a client computer 2, then, prepares the data, so as to enable reference to a file name and a storage position of data capable of being diverted of the relevant piping components, and makes a client computer 2 obtain the data 15b, 16b that is obtained by copying the data 15a, 16a capable of being diverted.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate revision comparison in three-dimensional layout adjustment CAD techniques by integrally managing layout and specifications in common databases, and extracting differences.
      SOLUTION: A converter 20 synthesizes layout data 12 for each revision in a CAD means 10 and a specification database 15 by means of link keys in them, and converts the layout data using a pattern file 25, thereby storing them in respective common databases 30. A difference processing means 40 extracts information about differences between the common databases 30 for each revision, and stores this information as internal data 45. A converter 50 serving as a second converter means develops the internal data 45 or the contents of the common databases 30 to the layout data 60 in the CAD means 10 by means of a pattern file 55, and an output means 70 outputs the internal data 45 or the layout data 60 converted.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce thermal stress generated locally in a fluid mixing apparatus.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, the fluid mixing apparatus 10 includes main current piping 20 and branch piping 30 which are coupled mutually at a coupling part 21, the first steam inlet part 41, a mixed steam outlet part 42, an inner pipe 50 in which through holes 51 are formed, and first-third labyrinth fins 61-63. The inner pipe 50 is disposed within the main current piping 20 so as to keep a radial direction gap 55. The first steam inlet part 41 is coupled to the upstream side end part of the inner pipe 50 and the main current piping 20 by closing the radial direction gap 55 from an upstream side. The mixed steam outlet part 42 is coupled to the downstream side end part of the inner pipe 50 and the main current piping 20 by closing the radial direction gap 55 from a downstream side. The first-third labyrinth fins 61-63 are disposed in the radial direction gap 55 in the more upstream side than the coupling part 21 and can inhibit a portion of a steam flow within the radial direction gap 55.

The numbering means numbers the integral information in terms of lineage and outputs resource amount tabulation result. The comparison means compares the resource amount tabulation result output by the numbering means and part number fields in a design drawing created by the three-dimensional arrangement adjusting CAD and checks parts having same part information and lineage information, and replaces the part number in the part number fields of the design drawing created by the three-dimensional arrangement adjusting CAD with the part number of the resource amount tabulation result.
