    • PURPOSE:To prevent the inflow of solvent vaporization preventive water to a distiller even when the operation is resumed by connecting a water separation tank to the upper part of a vessel through a water intake to discharge the water accumulated on a solvent layer in the vessel. CONSTITUTION:A water pipe 14 for supplying the water 7 for covering the upper surface of a solvent 2 when the operation is stopped and preventing the vaporization of the solent 2 is provided, and the water is supplied to an ultrasonic tank 11 and a vapor tank 12 through valves 14a and 14b. A pipeline 34a opened to a water intake 12c, a water separation tank 34 and a pipeline 34b are set between the vapor tank 12 and a distiller 6. The water 7 is stored in the vapor tank 12 as the upper layer when a cleaning machine 1 is stopped. When the operation is resumed, most of the water is removed by the separation tank 34, and the water is not introduced into the distiller 6.

    • PURPOSE:To provide possibility of heating a work in a short time while it is prevented from breakage and enhance the reliability of products and also the producibility by furnishing a driving mechanism in which the first and the second heater are installed at the bore and the periphery of the work, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1 is placed on a support 16 in the condition that the axis of the rotor is positioned approx. vertically, and the alignment is made by inserting the rotor 1 onto the first stepped surface 16a furnished on the support 16, and in this condition the rotor 1 is held. A control part 30 inserts the rotor 1 into a heating part 18 by actuating an up-and-down cylinder 13 and elevating the support 16. Thereby a heater 19 is inserted into the bore 1a of the rotor 1, while another heater 20 is installed at the periphery 1b. The control part 30 actuates the first and the second high frequency power supply 28, 29 in the sequence as named, and high frequency voltage is impressed on high frequency coils 22, 26 installed in the heaters 19, 20. Thereby the bore 1a and periphery 1b of the rotor 1 are enclosed with high frequency waves, and the rotor 1 is high frequency heated from the bore 1a and the periphery 1b.

After that, the flared section 8a is swaged or drawn to have the same diameter as the original part of the pipe 8.

    • PURPOSE:To work crossed grooves on inner face of a pipe efficiently at low cost and in a short time by inserting two groove working punches having working grooves of different slanting angle successively into a pipe to be worked by a feeding mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The first groove working punch 2 made by providing a working groove 7 having angle of advance alpha on the body 2a of a punch having outer diameter D1 larger than inner diameter D of a pipe 5 and the second groove working punch 3 made by providing a working groove 8 having angle of sweep back beta on the body 3 of a punch having outer diameter D2 larger than outer diameter D1 are attached to a mandrel 1 by a shaft screw 9 having a guide face 8a with the punch 2 kept free and the punch 3 fixed. By inserting above-mentioned punches 2, 3 successively into the pipe 5 having smooth inner face by a feeding mechanism 6 consisting of the mandrel 1 and a driving device 1a that advances and retreats the mandrel while rotating it. Crossed grooves 10 consisting of plural slanting grooves 10a and 10b are formed on inner face of the pipe 5.
