CONSTITUTION:The function request is transmitted to a conversation processing section 5-1 of an operation controller 4 via a CRT controller 3-1 with a function selecting button of the operation console 1. An operation message is formed by the conversation processing section 5-1 based thereupon, and the message is displayed on a CRT display 2-1 via the CRT controller 3-1 for setting and monitoring required information. The number of sets of the operation tables 1 is taken to remain less than the number of sets of CRT displays 2-1-2-n to be minimized. Thus, CRT connecting command buttons 7-1-7-n, a CRT connecting section 8 and a CRT switching device 6 are provided, and the operation console 1 is connected selectively to CRT controllers 3-1-3-n selected by the CRT connection command buttons 7-1-7-n.

    • PURPOSE:To determine the number of units to be operated to make operation efficiency maximum including starting and stopping loss by judging relative magnitude of starting and stopping loss and loss due to lowering of efficiency of power generation in the case where starting and stopping are not made from the time of stopping of power generating unit. CONSTITUTION:A device 3 for calculating number of power generating units to be operated calculates the number of power generating units to be operated at maximum efficiency n0, n1, n2 basing on a load pattern curve given by a data setting device 1. Then, a device 4 for changing number of power generating units operated judges from the result of calculation as to which is more efficient the case where number of units stopped and started is reduced or the case where number of calculated units is operated when the power generating unit 6 must be stopped or started. When it is more efficient to make less than calculated number n1 of operated units, the number of operated units n1 is determined within the limit that does not make load of power generating unit less than minimum load of the power generating unit. Thus, starting, stopping and output load of the unit 6 are controlled when the most efficient number of operated units of the unit 6 is determined from the load pattern curve.

    • PURPOSE:To restrain the thermal stress within the range of specified value and obtain the minimum starting time by a method wherein a starting schedule is calculated, at the starting, according to a generator load when the generator load exceeds the specified value and the turbine rotor thermal stress exceeds the limited value. CONSTITUTION:At the starting of a steam turbine, a starting schedule calculating unit 3 stores a starting control command K from an operator and input signals P1-Pn of the electricity generating process required for the monitor control of the turbine via an input processing device 2 of a turbine starting control device 1. When a generator load exceeds the specified value, and a turbine rotor thermal stress exceeds limited value, also after passage of the specified time, said calculating unit 3 calculates the starting schedule according to the generator load. On the other hand, in case of other than said case, said calculating unit 3 calculates as usual the starting schedule as a function of a main steam temperature, a pressure and a turbine metal temperature, then starts the steam turbine via the starting control unit 4.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the load of an operator, by providing a continuous copy image device and printing and delivering plural images designated previously to a hard copy device in an automatic and continuous way. CONSTITUTION:When a continuous image copy button 12 on a console 1 is pushed, a function selection part 20 decodes the contents of the command to deliver a continuous picture copy command (c) to a continuous image copy function part 25. In this case, the items of the images to be continuously printed and delivered are recorded at a continuous image copy item list part 26. Accordingly the part 25 refers to a list part 26 after receiving the command (c) and extracts the image display information corresponding to the image to be printed and delivered out of an image display information list 23 to produce a display data. After this, the part 25 makes a CRT display device 3 display the display data and then delivers a drive command to a hard copy device 4 to print and deliver the image.
