    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection laminated body having improved scratch resistance while having sufficient antireflection performance and antifouling property, and also to provide a polarizing plate and an image display device using the same. SOLUTION: In the antireflection laminated body, in which at least a low refractive index layer is laminated at least on one surface of a transparent substrate, the low refractive index layer has a two layer structure composed of a low refractive index lower layer and a low refractive index upper layer. The reflectivity is reduced by the low refractive index lower layer, the surface of the low refractive index lower layer is made smooth by the low refractive index upper layer, and the scratch resistance is enhanced. Both the low reflectivity and the scratch resistance are improved by allowing the low refractive index layer to have the two layer structure. In the antireflection laminated body, the refractive index of the low refractive index lower layer is lower by 0.03-0.30 than that of the low refractive index upper layer, and the thickness ratio d (upper layer) /d (lower layer) of the low refractive index upper layer to the low refractive index lower layer is within a range of 0.2-1.5.
