摘要： The gas-venting groove or grooves are formed, while leaving a part of the thread ridge up to a certain height, as the vertical degassing paths in the thread ridge carved on the outer surface of the round neck wall and the entire neck is whitened by the thermal crystallization. This thermal crystallization is conducted under the condition that the neck is prevented from undesired deformation caused by uneven resin flow state. Thus, the object of this invention is to provide a highly safe neck that can be used widely in the field of heat-resistant containers, pressure-tight containers, and heat-resistant and pressure-tight containers.

摘要： In order to improve the productivity of pressure-resisting bottles by reducing the blow time from 4-5 seconds in a conventional bottle molding method to not more than 3 seconds, and mold pressure resisting bottles free from the occurrence of crazing and bottom-breakage, a biaxially stretched blow molded bottle (1) of a synthetic resin having a big foot type petaloid bottom is produced in a blow time of not more than 3 seconds, and after the product has been released from the mold, the bottom portion (3) has become not higher than 70.degree. C., whereby the shortage of the capability of the metal mold of cooling the bottom portion (3) is supplemented. This allows both the prevention of the irregular deformation of the central part (6) of the bottom portion, and the molding of the bottom portion (3) of high pressure resisting strength and mechanical strength with a sufficient height H of the central part (6) of the bottom portion ensured.

摘要： A biaxially stretched blow molded bottle of a synthetic resin having a big foot type petaloid bottom is produced in a blow time of not more than 3 seconds, and after the bottle has been released from the mold, the temperature of the bottom portion of the bottom does not rise higher than 70.degree. C., thereby supplementing the capability of the metal mold for cooling the bottom portion. Thus, irregular deformation of the central part of the bottom portion is prevented, molding of the bottom portion with high pressure resisting and mechanical strength is achieved to avoid breakage, and a sufficient height of the central part of the bottom portion is ensured. Additionally, productivity of pressure resisting bottles is improved by reducing the blow time from 4-5 seconds to not more than 3 seconds.

A technical problem of this invention is to find a polyester resin which is suitable for heat and pressure resistant plastic bottles and which does not eat into productivity and is available at a low cost. The object of this invention is to provide a heat and pressure resistant plastic bottle that can be manufactured at a low cost and has pressure resistance at a high temperature and high impact strength. The means of fulfilling this object is a polyester resin comprising a major part of ethylene terephthalate units and containing at least one of minor copolymerizable components selected from a group consisting of isophthalic acid, cyclohexane dimethanol, and diethylene glycol, wherein three minor copolymerizable components have total content less than 3 mol. %.
