摘要： The invention provides an inorganic powder-containing resin composition capable of forming a dielectric layer having high light transmittance and excellent in surface smoothness. The invention also provides a film-forming material layer, a transfer sheet and a dielectric layer, which comprise the composition, a method of producing a substrate having a dielectric layer formed thereon, and a substrate having a dielectric layer formed thereon. The inorganic powder-containing resin composition comprises inorganic powder, a binder resin, and a phosphorus compound represented by formula (1): wherein R1, R2 and R3 independently represent H, an alkyl group, an alkylaryl group, NH4+ (ammonium) or —(CH2CH2O)n—R4, wherein n is 1 to 15, and R4 represents H, an alkyl group, an alkylaryl group or a (meth)acryloyl group.

摘要： The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, which includes: a base material including a foamed substance; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer disposed on at least one surface of the base material, in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed by a water-dispersible acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing a water-dispersible acrylic copolymer (a) having a weight-average molecular weight of from 400,000 to 900,000, said copolymer containing a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester having 2 to 14 carbon atoms in the alkyl group thereof as a principal monomer component and a functional group-containing monomer as a monomer component; and a water-dispersible acrylic low-molecular weight component (b) having a weight-average molecular weight of from 5,000 to 250,000. According to the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed with an excellent adhesivity on a base material foamed by a foamed substance, without restriction in the method of forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer or in the type of a crosslinking agent.

摘要： A method is provided for producing a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) sheet of a nonwoven fabric substrate, whereby the inherent performance of the PSA is more fully exploited using an aqueous dispersion-type PSA composition. This method comprises preparing an aqueous dispersion-type PSA composition and a nonwoven fabric substrate serving as a support. The method also comprises forming PSA layers which impregnate the substrate and which are obtained by drying the composition. These PSA layers impregnate the substrate so that the area of gaps observed in a vertical cross-section perpendicular to the machine direction of the substrate is about 500 μm2/400 μm or less.

摘要： Provided are a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) sheet having excellent foam repulsion resistance and an aqueous PSA composition suitable for preparing this sheet. The composition primarily comprises an acrylic polymer obtained by polymerizing a starting monomer material containing an alkyl(meth)acrylate as a main monomer and both acrylic acid and methacrylic acid. The acrylic polymer preferably has a weight average molecular weight of 65×104 to 100×104. The starting monomer material is preferred to further contain a silanol-forming monomer and polymerized without the silanol-forming monomer to produce a polymer having a gel fraction of 7 to 17 mass %. The post-crosslink PSA preferably has a gel fraction of 20 to 55 mass %.

摘要： Provided are a double-sided PSA sheet comprising a PSA layer formed by directly applying an aqueous dispersion-type PSA composition to a non-woven fabric substrate, wherein the layer has a highly smooth surface; and a method for producing the same. In this method, an aqueous dispersion-type PSA composition is applied to at least a first side of the non-woven fabric substrate and the composition is allowed to dry to form a PSA layer. A non-woven fabric of 15 μm to 70 μm in thickness, 0.3 to 0.6 g/cm3 in bulk density, and 0.7 sec to 2 sec in air resistance (Gurley) when measured for 8 layers the non-woven fabric substrate is used as the non-woven fabric substrate.
