摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional display device using an ITO electrode, it is difficult to manufacture a suitable ITO electrode without a complicated step and it is also difficult to satisfy the demand of a general demander that concrete information of an advertisement, a message or the like is displayed in a switchable manner.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a display device includes: a first electrode formation step of growing a pyramid-shaped ITO crystal on a first transparent substrate to form a first electrode; a second electrode formation step of forming a second electrode comprising a flat surface on a second transparent substrate and making the first electrode and the second electrode opposite to each other; and an encapsulation step of encapsulating a metal cluster between the first electrode and second electrode.
