    • PURPOSE:To sharply increase the life of a bearing by supporting a load in the radial direction during operation only by the journal bearings of upper and lower bearing parts and providing a supporting member which supports the weight of a rotary body only while not operating. CONSTITUTION:On the upper bearing part of a motor, a ball bearing 200 which supports the weight of a rotary body only while stopping, and a journal bearing 300 are provided on the upper end of a rotary shaft 17 while a journal bearing 400 is provided on the lower bearing part. During operation (left side in the figure; right side shows during stopping), fluid is discharged due to the rotation of an impeller 19, thrust acts upwardly in the direction of the rotary shaft 17 and the rotary body parts as a whole are slightly floated up, causing the outer race 202 of the ball bearing 200 to be separated from the top surface 301 of the recessed part of the journal bearing 300 creating a gap (b), without applying any load. Part of said fluid is introduced from the arrow direction C to a sliding surface between the journal bearings 300, 400 to carry out lubrication. Thus, all the load in the radial direction can be supported by said bearings 300, 400, while there is no wear due to solid lubrication, enabling a stable operation for a long time.

    • PURPOSE: To carry out blending in a desired blending ratio while preventing coagulation of high-melting component without being influenced by blending performance of concrete constitution of blending part, by jetting a liquid at low-temperature side to a flow of a liquid at high-temperature side and blending them.
CONSTITUTION: For example, in the blending parts 2, 2' and 2" of the junction pipe type, a liquid at low-temperature side is jetted to a flow of a liquid at high-temperature side, to blend them. Since a high-melting component is uniformly distributed in the flow of a liquid at high-temperature side, and diluted at each part, the high-melting component is neither cooled with the liquid at low- temperature side nor coagulated. Spray chip method, obstacle collision method, inserted tube method, etc., may be used as the constitution of the blending part besides the above-mentioned type.

    • PURPOSE:To mix effectively liquefied gas, which is evaporated, with superheated gas by introducing superheated gas into the lower part of a vessel in which sectional area becomes small downward from the middle part to wards the lower part, and atomizing liquefied gas from a plurality of atomizing ports countercurrently at a predetermined angle while controlling the required amount of the liquefied gas. CONSTITUTION:The sectional area of a mixing evaporator 1 becomes small downward from the middle part toward the lower part, and the blowing speed of superheated gas from the lower part becomes faster in the lower part so that the dropping of the liquefied gas is prevented. Liquefied gas is passed through seven to nine atomizing port change-over valves 9 (each of them has a different capacity) and atomized at an angle of 0-90 degrees to a perpendicular line, and passed through packed material 11 to evaporate completely. The atomizing ports are selected in such a manner that pressure difference is brough in the proper range by a pressure difference measuring instrument 10. The quantity of heat of evaporated mixed gas is measured by a device 6 and the ratio of flow rate of the liquefied gas to the supperheated gas is cntrolled through a controlling part 7 and a valve 8. Superheating boiler and heat exchanger which are used in the prior art process, are not necessary. The liquefied gas is evaporated and mixed with the superheated gas. The apparatus is suited for mixing liquefied petroleum gas with superheated gas.

    • PURPOSE:To mix two liquids instantly and sufficiently by providing a nozzle for ejecting one of the liquids provided with an opening to the front side, an ejection port to the hind side, and an introducing port to the intermediate part wherein said nozzle is set in the stream of another liquid directing its opening toward an upstream side. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle A is constituted of an opening 1 at the front side, an ejection port 2 at the hind side, and a liquid introducing port 3 for introducing one of the two liquids at the intermediate part 3 thereof. A part of another liquid flowing through a feed pipe 6 flows into the nozzle A from the opening 1 and jets out again into the stream of its own from the ejection port 2 through the intermediate part. At the same time, the first liquid is introduced into the nozzle A from the liquid introducing port 3 through a feed pipe 5, and ejected together with another liquid from the ejection part 2 into the stream 4 of said another liquid and mixed.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a high-melting component from coagulating, by making the temperature of mixed liquid higher than the melting point of a liquid at a high-temperature side at the first blending part, and carrying out blending at the second blending part in a state where the high-melting component is diluted. CONSTITUTION:The line 1 of a liquid (the liquid C) at low-temperature side is provided with the first blending part A to blend it with a liquid (the liquid H) at high-temperature side, the by-pass line 2 which by-passes the blending part A and makes the liquid C flow partially if formed, and the second blending part B to join the line 2 and the line 1 is made. A flow rate of the liquid C to flow in the line 1 is reduced by the line 2, and the blending is carried out at the blending part A in such a way that the temperature of the blended liquid is higher than the melting point of the liquid H. In the concrete constitution of the blending parts A and B, junction pipe method, spray chip method, obstacle collision method, inserted tube method, etc. may be used.
