    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended cage having a two-wheel structure, which facilitates getting over a snow-resistant ring and a counter weight even when they are attached to an overhead transmission line, improves the workability by weight reduction, secures the visibility of a worker owing to wheel structure miniaturization, and further prevents the generation of noise even when the suspended cage advances forcibly along the overhead transmission line. SOLUTION: Two wheels rolling in a condition in which they are put on the overhead line are longitudinally arranged in the upper part of a frame. A seating part for the worker is suspended in the lower part of the frame. The suspended cage advances along the overhead line when the worker gets in the cage. The suspended cage includes an auxiliary lever forcibly rotating the wheel by using a principle of leverage. Moreover, the auxiliary lever includes a rotating gear coupled to the supporting shaft of the wheel, and a ratchet mechanism unit comprising an operating piece. The movable-side arm member is biased at all times, in the closing direction by springs, an external driving part is provided which brings the movable-side arm member into an open state by pulling an open-side insulation rope, while being against a biasing force from the springs; and a fixing-side insulation rope for inhibiting the open state of the movable-side arm member is provided at the drive part.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance measuring tool for a compression connection tube capable of measuring easily resistance even in the compression connection tubes of different lengths in accordance with the type of an electric wire and the size thereof.
      SOLUTION: A connection terminal 21 is attached to a slide rod 26 to make adjustable an attaching position of the connection terminal 21 contacting with one end in a resistance measuring portion of the compression connection tube 11 for connecting crimpingly an electric wire 13. A slide rod attaching metal 27 attaches the slide rod 26 onto a tip part of a fixed probe 20 of a resistance measuring instrument 16 for measuring the resistance between the both ends in the resistance measuring portion of the compression connection tube 11. A slide rod fixing screw part 28 regulates variably a direction of the slide rod 26 bidirectionally along a longitudinal direction of the fixed probe 20 to fix the slide rod 26 onto the slide rod attaching metal 27. A position of the contact terminal for voltage measurement in the resistance measuring instrument 16 is thereby regulated in response to the length of the resistance measuring portion of the compression connection tube 11.
