    • A high frequency relay capable of effectively shielding a signal path, yet reducing a number of the parts forming the shield and the associated structure. The relay has a dielectric base mounting three fixed contacts arranged in a line and defined at upper ends of three contact terminals extending through the base. Two movable contact springs are utilized, each bridging the two adjacent fixed contacts for closing and opening a high frequency signal path between the two adjacent fixed contacts. Upstanding from the base is a pair of electromagnetic shield plates which define a shielded space therebetween for accommodating the three fixed contacts and the two movable contact springs. Each of the shield plates is configured to come into electrical contact with corresponding one of the movable contact springs moved in the contact opening position. Each shield plate is integrally formed with at least one ground terminal which extends continuously from a bottom of the shield plate through the base, and each shield plate is configured to cover the first and second movable contact springs over the full length thereof for completely shielding the high frequency signal path.

    • A miniaturized high frequency switching device is capable of giving an optimum over-all impedance over the length of a signal path while compensating for inevitable impedance variation seen in a particular segment of the signal path. The switching device includes a contact block having fixed contacts and a movable contact. The fixed contacts and the movable contact are surrounded by an electromagnetic shield which is supported on a conductor base to be grounded therethrough for isolating the current path from a surrounding electromagnetic field. The fixed contacts are formed respectively on one ends of terminal pins provided for electrical connection to an external load circuit operating on high frequency signals. The terminal pin extends through an insulation ring fitted in the conductor base so as to be electrically insulated therefrom and form the signal path flowing a high frequency current. An impedance compensating structure is provided in the contact block for differentiating a first impedance at a first segment of a limited length along the terminal pin from a second impedance inherent to a second segment immediately adjacent the first segment so as to give a target over-all impedance, which is between the first and second impedance, over the full length of the terminal pin.

    • A belt molding includes an elongated molding body mounted along a clearance portion between a frame member and a panel member of a vehicle, a first acting portion provided at the molding body and configured to push the frame member, and a second acting portion provided at the molding body and configured to engage with the panel member. The second acting portion is elastically formed in order to establish an engaged state where the second acting portion is engaged with the panel member and a disengaged state where the second acting portion is disengaged from the panel member. The second acting portion includes a pressing portion which is configured to be pushed towards the frame member along the panel member by an external device inserted between the panel member and the molding body to change the engaged state to the disengaged state.
