摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron diffracting device capable of detecting scattered neutrons by irradiating a neutron beam locally to a measuring sample, acquiring Bragg reflection data by moving the measuring sample successively, and performing observation by mapping acquired data. SOLUTION: A neutron beam for observation led out from a neutron source is allowed to pass the first slit, and guided into the second slit through a guide pipe formed from a neutron mirror, to thereby narrow the diameter of the neutron beam to be irradiated to the sample. A plurality of detection pipes for detecting scattered neutrons are aligned on a circular arc centered at the sample, and each shielding plate facing to the center is provided between each detection pipe. While moving a stand on which the measuring sample is placed at each prescribed interval by a moving mechanism, data of the detection pipes are acquired, and mapping data are acquired. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a smooth film on the rotation axis of a screw pump and the free surface of a housing.SOLUTION: The method includes the successive steps of: preparing a component having a surface including a film of perfluoro alkoxy alkane (PFA) represented by a structural formula 1, exposing the component to an atmosphere at a temperature higher than the melting temperature of PFA, for melting of the free surface region of the film; exposing the component to a temperature lower than the melting temperature of PFA, for solidification of the free surface region, exposing the component to the melting temperature of PFA or a temperature a little higher than the melting temperature of PFA, for re-melting of the free surface region; and lowering the temperature to a temperature sufficiently lower than the melting temperature of PFA.
