    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply and demand control apparatus in which power supply to distribution lines is stabilized and a private power generation facility utilizing natural energy can be operated efficiently.SOLUTION: As a power supply and demand control apparatus, a load break switch 100 and a control device 200 are installed in a customer's house where power generated by a private power generation facility 300 utilizing natural energy is transmitted to an in-premise distribution line, supplied to a load L and transmitted to a distribution line of a power company. The load break switch 100 includes natural energy quantity detection means 105 which is scaled smaller than the private power generation facility 300 and measures a strength of natural energy to be utilized by the private power generation facility 300. The control device 200 includes power generation amount detection means 211 which detects the power generation amount of the private power generation facility 300, and control means 213 in which the power generation amount of the private power generation facility 300 is estimated as a predictive power generation amount on the basis of the strength of natural energy measured by the natural energy quantity detection means 105 and the power generation efficiency is determined from the power generation amount of the private power generation facility 300 and the predictive power generation amount.
