    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a frequency dividing ratio of a clock signal without enlarging a circuit scale. SOLUTION: Whenever a reference clock signal is inputted from a reference clock signal source 20, output signals of stages Q2 and Q3 of a counter changing output states of respective stages and data on frequency dividing ratio setting of two bits are inputted to a clock selector 28b. The clock selector 28b generates a first or second pulse signal having a period which is n-times and m-times as much as a prescribed period longer than the output signal of a constant level and the reference clock signal in one output terminal in accordance with a value of frequency dividing ratio data. An output signal from an output terminal of the clock selector 28b, the reference clock signal and a third pulse signal having a period which is L-times as much as the prescribed period are inputted to a T-type flip flop 32b. When the output signal of the constant level is supplied, the T-type flip flop 32b frequency-divides the third pulse signal by the prescribed frequency-dividing ratio in accordance with the reference clock signal.       SOLUTION: Servers are divided hierarchically into an upper layer server 2c and lower layer servers 2a, 2b, wherein the server 2a supplies sound signals from terminals 4a through 4d and the server 2b supplies sound signals from terminals 4e through 4g while mixing to the upper layer server 2c. The upper layer server 2c supplies a lower layer mixing sound signal from the lower layer server 2a as an upper layer mixing sound signal to the lower layer server 2b, and supplies a lower layer mixing sound signal from the lower layer server 2b as an upper layer mixing sound signal to the virtual server 2b. The server 2a supplies the mixing signal of an upper layer mixing sound signal from the upper layer server 2c and sound signals from the terminals 4a through 4d excepting its own terminal to the terminals 4a through 4d. It is also true for the server 2b.

SOLUTION: A transmitter samples a hundred packets P1 to P100 between a time T1 and a T2 with a transmission-side sampling frequency fs. A packet transmission interval between the packet P1 and the last packet P100 is ΔTs=T1 -T2 . A receiver operates with a reception-side sampling frequency fr and a packet reception interval of the packets P1 to P100 is set ΔTr=T4 -T3 . The difference between the packet transmission interval ΔTs and a packet reception interval ΔTr at the packets P1 and P100 is detected, and the reception- side sampling frequency fr is corrected, so as to reduce this difference.
