摘要： Disclosed is a method and apparatus for recording measured data from a patient by taking movements into account by use of a medical device designed both for recording motion-related measured data and for recording nuclear medicine measured data. The method may include recording nuclear medicine measured data by use of the medical device, simultaneously recording motion-related measured data by use of the medical device, determining at least one motion information item relating to at least one movement of the patient and/or at least one movement inside the body of the patient during the ongoing measured data recording by evaluating at least a portion of the previously recorded motion-related measured data, and carrying out motion correction for at least a portion of the nuclear medicine measured data by use of the computational device in parallel with recording the measured data.

摘要： A method is disclosed for recording measured data of a patient while taking account of movement operations by way of a medical device that is designed both for recording movement-related measured data, in particular measured data of high temporal resolution and/or measured data that can be interpolated with regard to movement operations, with the aid of an imaging method and/or by means of at least one sensor element, and also for recording nuclear medicine measured data, in particular of lower temporal resolution. In at least one embodiment, the method includes recording nuclear medicine measured data with the aid of the medical device; simultaneously recording movement-related measured data with the aid of the medical device; determining at least one item of movement information relating to at least one movement operation of the patient and/or in the body of the patient by evaluating at least a portion of the recorded measured data of high temporal resolution on the part of a computing device of the medical device; and adapting at least one item of attenuation correction information available for the computing device and serving for reconstructing the nuclear medicine measured data, doing so as a function of the at least one determined item of movement information.

摘要： In a magnetic resonance system and an operating method therefor, a B1 field distribution of a radio-frequency antenna is measured in at least one part of a examination volume of the magnetic resonance system, and then the RF pulses emitted by the radio-frequency antenna are optimized, based on the determined B1 field distribution, for homogenization in a specific volume. An effective volume within the examination volume is determined beforehand for each applied RF pulse and, based on the determined B1 field distribution, the appertaining RF pulse is individually adjusted such that the B1 field is homogenized within the effective volume of the RF pulse.

In at least one embodiment, the positron emission tomography/magnetic resonance imaging apparatus includes a positron emission tomography apparatus with at least one radiation detector and a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus with at least one main magnetic field coil for generating a main magnetic field, at least one gradient coil for generating a magnetic gradient field, and a radio-frequency antenna device for transmitting excitation pulses and receiving magnetic resonance signals from the examination space, the radiation detector and the at least one gradient coil being arranged coaxially and at substantially the same axial height. In order to create a mobile MRI/PET apparatus which is designed as compactly as possible and, firstly, satisfies the radiation protection requirements for protecting the surroundings of the measurement apparatus to the best possible extent and, secondly, excludes interfering environmental influences on the measurement apparatus, a shielding arrangement with at least one shielding element for attenuating the main magnetic field and the gradient field and also the annihilation radiation outside the trailer housing is provided in at least one embodiment.

摘要： A method is disclosed for performing a combined magnetic resonance/positron emission tomography scan of an examination object in an MR/PET system. An embodiment of the method entails acquiring first magnetic resonance data using a first readout gradient field. The first readout gradient field is chosen such that, at a location of the field of view of the magnetic resonance system, a distortion caused by a nonlinearity of the first readout gradient field and a distortion caused by a B0 field inhomogeneity substantially cancel each other out. First magnetic resonance images for planning the combined magnetic resonance/positron emission tomography session and determining an attenuation correction map for a positron emission tomography scan are determined on the basis of the first magnetic resonance data. Positron emission data and second magnetic resonance data are acquired using a second readout gradient field.
