    • An image processing system of the present invention includes a partial enlarge unit for enlarging a part of an image so as to create an enlarged partial image, a display unit for displaying the image and the enlarged partial image created by the partial enlarge unit so that the enlarged partial image overlaps the image, a zoom processing unit for zooming the image displayed by the display unit, and a zoom process control unit for changing a position to be a criterion in case of the image zoom processing unit zooms the image according to whether the display unit displays the enlarged partial image so that the enlarged partial image overlaps the image.

    • A radiographic image processing apparatus comprises: an input means for inputting a corresponding point and a corresponding direction with respect to each of plural radiographic images respectively having mutually overlapping areas; a parallel shift means for parallel shifting at least any one of the plural radiographic images so that the corresponding points of these images coincide with others; a rotational shift means for rotationally shifting at least any one of the plural radiographic images so that the corresponding directions of these images coincide with others; and an image synthesis means for synthesizing the plural radiographic images by using the radiographic image shifted by the parallel shift means and the rotational shift means. Thus, it is possible to easily and surely connect plural radiographic images with others by appropriately performing parallel and rotational shifts of these images.

    • An image management system, image management method and program are provided that can favorably manage images for displaying images that underwent optimization processing or images for creating and displaying difference images in which the generation of artifacts is suppressed. An image from image generator 100 is input to server 109 and stored in storage device 105. The system then determines whether an image including attendant information that is the same as that of the input image is already registered in the system. When such an image is not already registered, attendant information included in the input image is read out and newly registered in association with the input image. In contrast, when an image including attendant information that is the same as that of the input image is registered in the system and the attendant information is registered, information indicating the fact that the image was input is registered.
