    • A vibration isolating apparatus mainly used for supporting an engine for a compact vessel which is structured such as to securely perform a stopper operation and to widely improve a durability at a time when a large load is given, without changing a fastened position, a height and a mounting operability. There is provided a vibration isolating apparatus wherein an opening portion close to a lower end in a cylindrical body metal fitting and a lower end mounting metal fitting disposed below the same are connected to each other by a body rubber portion disposed between the both elements, an upper end mounting metal fitting to which an engine mounting bolt is provided in a projecting manner is fixedly attached to a flange portion of an upper end portion of the body metal fitting by caulking, an opening edge portion close to a lower end of the body metal fitting is extended outward at least in both sides opposing to each other so as to be formed as a stopper portion having an upper and a lower surfaces covered with a stopper rubber, an annular stopper metal fitting is disposed on the stopper portion in such a manner as to provide a predetermined interval with respect to an outer peripheral surface of the body metal fitting, and the stopper metal fitting is fixedly provided in the lower end mounting metal fitting.

    • In a hydraulic antivibration device for use in supporting a vibratory body like an automobile engine, the invention enables it to enhance the dimensional precision of an orifice for shake vibration, to decrease the dispersion in characteristics, and to reduce the dynamic spring rate in a high frequency region thereby reducing noise such as muffled sound. Its expedient is in that a main liquid chamber (6) and a first subsidiary liquid chamber (7) are mutually brought into communication through a first orifice (8), a partition element (10) comprises a partition plate member (11) including an elastic membrane (12) and an orifice member (13), the first orifice (8) is formed by outer circumferences of the orifice member and partition plate member and a cylindrical rubber portion (4a) linking to a diaphragm, a space enclosed by a central plate section (13a) of the orifice member and the elastic membrane (12) is formed as a second subsidiary liquid chamber (15), and an opening as a second orifice (16) for muffled sound communicating from the first (7) to the second liquid chamber (15) is formed in the central plate section (13a).

    • A liquid-in vibration isolator has an orifice hole mainly for audible sound provided on a first sub-liquid chamber and connected to a second sub-liquid chamber. When the first sub-liquid chamber is reduced to lower pressure and contracted due to large downward displacement caused by vibration and the diaphragm of the vibration isolator approaches the partition portion of the vibration isolator, the center plate portion of the orifice member is a convex with the center portion projected to the first sub-liquid chamber side, and the orifice hole is provided at a low portion of the center plate portion disposed eccentrically with respect to the isolator axis. Therefore, even being in contact with the center plate portion, the diaphragm hardly comes into contact with the orifice hole, or if it comes into contact with the orifice hole, it does not cover the orifice hole so as to interfere with proper function of the orifice hole.

    • A liquid-in vibration-isolating device, used to support a vibration generating source such as a vehicle engine for the purpose of vibration isolation, prevents hitting sound or adsorption of a diaphragm due to abutment against a partition member and proper functioning of the device is maintained, without increasing the volume of sub-liquid chamber on the diaphragm side. The device includes a cylindrical body fitting and a boss fitting connected via a vibration isolating substrate. A diaphragm is provided on an opening portion at the upper extremity, being partitioned into a main liquid chamber on the vibration isolating substrate side and a sub-liquid chamber on the diaphragm side by means of a partition member. Both liquid chambers are connected through an orifice of the outer circumferential portion. Multiple convex portions are provided for restraining the diaphragm from abutting against the partition member.

    • There is provided a liquid enclosing type vibration isolating apparatus which reduces a number of members to be aligned and which simplifies the assembling procedure in liquid, so as to reduce assembling steps and production cost. A cylindrical rubber body has a reinforcing intermediate cylinder, a concave groove and a through hole to form an orifice passage. The cylindrical rubber body is formed integrated with a diaphragm at a lower end of the cylindrical rubber body. A partitioning member has, on its peripheral part, an orifice passage concave portion. A first assembling step is conducted in air wherein a partitioning member is fitted into the cylindrical rubber body, so as to form an air chamber between the diaphragm and the partitioning member, while aligning the through hole with the orifice passage concave portion. Subsequent assembling steps are conducted in liquid wherein the cylindrical rubber body is fitted into a cup-like casing fitting and the vibration isolating base body is fitted into the cylindrical rubber body to form upper and lower liquid chambers which communicate via the orifice passage.

    • A vibration isolator having a stopper function being able to prevent accumulation of water penetrating onto the top surface of a flange, and allowing the dies axially to be parted, includes a cylindrical body fitting connected to an upper side attachment fitting having a flange for the stopper via a vibration isolating substrate. The flange abuts the stopper fitting through the stopper rubber when the upper side attachment fitting moves substantially.
