摘要： An automatic bread making machine that sequentially performs a mixing/kneading process, a leavening process, and a baking process includes: a bread container that is used to contain a bread making ingredient and that has a passive spindle that permits selective attachment of a mixing/kneading blade or a grinding blade in a bottom part of the bread container; a baking chamber that is provided inside a cabinet of the automatic bread making machine and that houses the bread container; a first driving spindle that is disposed in a bottom part of the baking chamber and that is so disposed that it can be coupled to the passive spindle to feed it with rotation for the mixing/kneading blade; and a second driving spindle that is disposed in the bottom part of the baking chamber in a position deviated from the first driving spindle and that is so disposed that it can be coupled to the passive spindle to feed it with rotation for the grinding blade.

摘要： An improved sterilizing system for filled and sealed articles which are treated by way of the steps of filling a content into packing means and sealing the filled articles in a filling and sealing station, loading a tray with the filled and sealed articles, building up a tray stack including a predetermined number of loaded trays stacked thereon, sterilizing the tray stacks in a sterilizer and then conveying them to a packing station, wherein the improvement consists in an arrangement of a combination of a tray stack building station for building up a tray stack including a predetermined number of empty trays recovered after the filled and sealed articles are released toward the packing station, a tray stack holding conveyor for holding a plurality of tray stacks built up in said tray stack building station and a tray extracting station in which the empty trays are extracted from the tray stack conveyed from said tray stack holding conveyor one by one and then they are delivered toward the filling and sealing station. The sterilizing system further includes a tray stack holding conveyor having an ample holding capacity, said tray stack holding conveyor being located downstream of the sterilizer. The sterilizing system may be provided with an additional line of conveyance system including a sterilizer which is arranged in parallel to the aforesaid line of conveyance system including the sterilizer.

摘要： In a bag packing apparatus, a plurality of bags are successively conveyed at a predetermined interval in the direction of the thickness of the bags, rather than in the direction of the width of the bags, by means of a pair of chain conveyors disposed along the opposite sides of the conveying path of the bags. A plurality of clamps are supported by the pair of conveyors at equal intervals and are adapted to grip the opposite ends of the mouths of the respective bags. There is provided means for moving the respective clamps back and forth at right angles to the direction of traveling of the conveyors to facilitate opening and closing of the mouths of the respective bags for packing the bags.
