The method includes obtaining, at a first wireless communication device, information identifying a plurality of measurement occasions in which a second wireless communication device is scheduled to transmit a measurement signal to be used by the first wireless communication to perform a first measurement. The method also includes obtaining, at the first wireless communication device, information indicating one or more measurement gaps associated with the second wireless communication device in which the second wireless communication device is configured to perform a second measurement and adjusting measurements performed by the first wireless communication device based on the obtained information indicating one or more measurement gaps.

摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to determining a measurement time period for performing an inter-frequency measurement within gaps either on a carrier frequency subject to Listen-Before-Talk (LBT) or while using measurement gaps that are shared with another carrier(s). In some embodiments, a method of operation of a User Equipment (UE) comprises configuring measurement gaps for performing at least one first inter-frequency measurement on a first carrier frequency subject to LBT, determining a measurement time period T1 for performing the at least one first inter-frequency measurement in the measurement gaps, and performing the at least one first inter-frequency measurement based on the measurement time period T1. In this manner, UE behavior in the presence of LBT and measurement gaps is well-defined.

摘要： In one aspect, methods and apparatuses disclosed herein improve positioning based on UL signals in a wireless communication network, by sending UL transmission configuration from wireless devices, and by using that information in the network for performing UL-based positioning of the devices. In this regard, the teachings herein advantageously recognize that obtaining UL transmission configuration information from the wireless devices themselves represents a more efficient, complete and richer mechanism for obtaining parameters relevant to configuring and performing UL-based positioning operations. 摘要： According to some embodiments, a first network node manages a transmit power of a first wireless device capable of device-to-device, D2D, communication. The first network node receives at least one measurement report from at least one of the first wireless device and a second wireless device in D2D communication with the first wireless device. The measurement report indicates a received signal measurement or path loss with respect to the other of the first wireless device and the second wireless device and/or a received signal measurement or path loss with respect to a victim node. The first network node sends the first wireless device instructions to make an adjustment of the transmit power that the first wireless device uses in the D2D communication. The adjustment is at least partially based on the received measurement report.

A network node determines radio resources in the overlapping portion of the bandwidths and controls or adjusts the transmission configuration of signals being transmitted in the overlapping portion of the bandwidths to reduce or avoid interference. The network node may also configure or request a wireless terminal to perform inter-frequency measurements in the overlapping portion of the bandwidths. In some embodiments, a wireless terminal determines radio resources in the overlapping portion of the bandwidths and performs measurements on the signal in the overlapping portion of the bandwidths.

摘要： A method for configuring communication in a wireless communication system includes obtaining, at a first network node, information indicating a plurality of candidate subframes for downlink transmissions to a wireless communication device in a first cell served by the first network node. Each candidate subframe satisfies a candidate condition that relates to transmissions in a second cell during that subframe. The method also includes determining, based on the obtained information, a number of copies of an uplink transmission a wireless communication device should transmit in consecutive uplink subframes so that a downlink transmission related to the uplink transmission will occur during one of the candidate subframes. Additionally, the method includes configuring the wireless communication device to transmit the determined number of copies of the uplink transmission in consecutive subframes.
