摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water membrane type scrubber which prevents the scattering of droplets and is capable of reducing the pressure loss and reducing the installation space.
SOLUTION: Fillers 1a, 1b, ... comprised of a water absorbing membrane material are arranged along the flow of a gas to be treated in two or more stages, and a fan 2 is installed at the downstream side of these fillers. A water tank 3 is installed at the lower part of the fillers 1a, 1b, ... so that water having flowed out to the lower part of the fillers can be stored in the water tank 3 after the water membrane was formed by water supplied from the upper part of the fillers 1. The water collected in the water tank 3 is sent to the upper part of the fillers by a pump 4 and is dropped to the fillers again. The filler c arranged at the lowest stream among the fillers arranged in two or more stages is composed by plurally layering a vaporization wetting membrane 5 which is processed in a wave form of which the length of the air current direction is made half or so of the normal length and a vaporization wetting membrane 6 which is processed in a wave form having the normal length alternatively. It is processed in a droplet scattering prevention type.
