摘要： An image recording apparatus is disclosed wherein an image is recorded on a recording medium based on image information by ejecting liquid droplets from a liquid droplet ejecting head. A liquid droplet ejecting head is provided which has an ejection region substantially corresponding to a width of the recording medium. A conveyor unit is provided which conveys the recording medium to the ejection region of the liquid droplet ejecting head with the recording medium attracted and attached thereto and supported thereon. The recording medium is fed from the conveyor unit to a paper discharge section. Further, a plurality of attracting and supporting sub-units are provided which are vertically moved with the recording medium, which is delivered thereto from the conveyor unit, attracted and attached thereto and supported thereon, thereby conveying the recording medium to a subsequent step.
