摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes time even by using a computer system to support the recovery/maintenance and improvement of health by performing an underwater exercise program adapted to individual habitual disease countermeasures at a pool classroom including local government public pools. SOLUTION: A system 1 is constituted which connects a user terminal such as an Internet-adaptive portable telephone 40 or a personal computer 30 to a computer 10 installed on Web of an agent that a pool operator entrusts to introduce the pool, transmit information, and send curricula of underwater exercises. Especially, the system is equipped with a means capable of selecting underwater exercise curricula adapted to individuals.

摘要：【課題】従来、醤油やみりん等の調味料を計量して注ぐ際には、調味料容器の蓋を開けて、片手に調味料容器を持ち、片手に持った計量スプーン等で計量してから注ぐ動作となるため両手を使う必要があった。又、計量スプーンの取り置きや使用後の洗浄も必要だった。本発明は以上の問題点を解決し、片手動作で調味料の計量を可能にする調味料容器のキャップを提供するものである。【解決手段】調味料容器に取り付けるキャップの、容器側とそれに対向する注ぎ口側に小径筒部を設け、この二つの小径筒部の間の筒体容積で計量空間を形成する。この小径筒部を貫通し、軸方向の動きに連動して小径筒部を開閉するシール弁を持った可動軸を設ける。以上の構成よりなる調味料容器のキャップ。【選択図】図1
