摘要： A process for producing a bisphenol compound useful as deterioration preventor capable of stabilizing organic substances against the decompositions caused by heat, light and oxygen, represented by the following general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, alkenyl group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, phenyl group or 2-phenylethenyl group; R.sub.2 represents alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, or cyclohexyl group; R.sub.3 represents alkyl group having 1 to 9 carbon atoms, cyclohexyl group or phenyl group; and R.sub.4 represents alkyl group having 1 to 11 carbon atoms or phenyl group, which comprises reacting a carboxylic acid represented by the following general formula: ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1 is as defined above, with a bisphenol compound represented by the following general formula: ##STR3## wherein R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are as defined above, by the use of a halogenating agent in the presence of a dehydrohalogenating agent, as well as butadiene polymer compositions containing said bisphenol compounds.

摘要： A stabilized polyolefin composition having improved weathering resistance is provided, whereby the following four components are incorporated into a polyolefin:(A) a hindered piperidine compound having a molecular weight of more than 750, such as poly-{[6-morpholino-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl][2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)imino]hexamethylene[2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)imino]},(B) a hindered piperidine compound having a molecular weight of less than 500, such as bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate,(C) a benzoate compound such as 2,4-di-t-butylphenyl 3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxybenzoate, and(D) a phosphorus-containing compound such as bis(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite.

摘要： A butadiene polymer composition having incorporated the following stabilizers therein:A phenolic compound (I) of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group, and a sulfur-containing compound (II) represented by the general formula, ##STR2## wherein R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl group, and R.sub.4 represents a C.sub.3 -C.sub.18 alkyl group, wherein the weight ratio of (I) to (II) is 1 to 0.5-10. The butadiene polymer composition of the present invention is quite effective to prevent gel formation caused by heat, especially in the absence of oxygen.

摘要： An abnormality detection support device, suitable for a case where rescue operations are made under situations that visibility is disturbed by smoke due to fire, includes an infrared camera, a display which, at least when the infrared camera is in use, comes to be positioned in front of a user's eyes and reproduces an image taken by the infrared camera thereon and a face protector or a helmet, on which the infrared camera and the display are provided, and the infrared camera and the display are arranged to be within an outline of the user's head in a front view when the device is put on the user. The present invention can, therefore, provide the abnormality detection support device which enables an operator to work with both hands available while directly watching the infrared image even under a circumstance that smoke or the like due to occurrence of fire disturbs the field of vision of the operator, and has excellent usability.
