SOLUTION: This medical communication device 1 comprises an in-medical-facility device 2 installed in a medical facility and a mobile terminal 3 located outside the medical facility and connected to the device 2 by a communication means. The device installed in the medical facility includes a communication server 4, an image measuring and diagnostic device 5, a camera 6 for imaging medical practice that doctors provide to patients, a microphone 7 and a speaker 8 for making voice communication with the doctor outside the facility who is the user of the mobile terminal 3, a diagnosis support server 9, and a medical image database 10, and makes it possible to assist the doctor inside the medical facility and the doctor outside the facility in having a discussion in real time about diagnosis based on medical images obtained in the medical facility. SOLUTION: The medical education network system comprises training equipment having a training server, an image measuring and diagnostic device, a camera, a microphone and speakers, and installed in a training center; and mobile terminals connected to the training server via a communication means. The training server includes a communication interface connected to the communication means; a digital data input/output part; a course execution control means; a data management control means; and a data storage device. The data storage device has a medical image database, a camera image database, a diagnosis support information database, a patient information database, a question/right answer information database, and a teaching video database, all constructed therein. The course execution control means sends explanations or questions using medical images to the mobile terminals in accordance with the content of a predetermined course selected from the question/right answer information database.
