摘要： Screw thread holes 20 circumferentially spaced from each other are formed in a first ring 10, and through holes 21 circumferentially spaced from each other are formed in a second ring 11. A screw thread section 40 and a press fitting section 42 are formed on the outer periphery of each pin 13. The minimum inner diameter of the through holes 21 in the second ring 11 is set greater than the maximum outer diameter of a portion of the pin 13 which is positioned closer to the screw thread section 40 than the press fitting section 42. The screw thread sections 40 of the pins 13 are screwed into the screw thread holes 20 in the first ring 10, and the press fitting sections 42 of the pins 13 are fixed in the through holes 21 in the second ring 11 by interference fit.

When lidocaine discharge from the tip of a hypodermic needle ends, the force f (N) required to discharge the hyaluronic acid solution from the needle tip suddenly increases, imparting sort of a jolt to the hand of the operator and creating a momentary sensation that the plunger is at rest. Letting the force f (N) required to discharge the lidocaine solution be P1 and the force f (N) required to discharge the hyaluronic acid solution be P2, the relationship therebetween is P1 0.2, the operator is able to feel a sufficient jolt.

The fraction is a by-product produced at the time of the preparation of alpha-methyl-benzylalkylbenzenes by alkylation of at least one compound selected from C.sub.7 -C.sub.10 alkylbenzenes with styrene in the presence of an acid catalyst. The process comprises the steps of decomposing the fraction in an atmosphere of hydrogen at a predetermined temperature and pressure, collecting a decomposition product having a boiling range not higher than 450.degree. C. and then subjecting the decomposition product to nuclear hydrogenation at aromatic rings thereof in the presence of a catalyst capable of nuclear hydrogenation.
