摘要： In a distributed system where a client is connected to a server via a network, the client is provided with a basic part that issues a request for a process, and the server comprises a server component manager for executing the process requested by the basic part, an execution position decision portion that receives the request from the basic part and decides whether the server component should be executed on the client or the server, and a server component handover portion that obtains the server component from the server component manager and hands over the obtained server component to the client or the server according to the result of decision at the execution position decision portion. The execution position of the requested process is changed dynamically, thereby varying the system configuration flexibly.
