    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a base isolating device pedestal allowing the reuse of a plate.
      SOLUTION: A form 24 for placing concrete is built up on a foundation part 34 of a structure, and a cap nut 26 serving as a connecting member is installed inside the form 24. The plate 28 is mounted to the cap nut 26 (Fig.2(A)). The plate 28 is formed into a ring shape from a steel plate, and a through-hole 38 is provided at the position of the cap nut 26. The plate 28 is horizontally installed on the top surface of the base isolating device pedestal 10 on which a base isolating device 40 is installed, and the upper face is to be the installation height of the base isolating device 40. Concrete 30 is then placed inside the form 24 up to the height flush with the upper face of the plate 28 (Fig.2(B)). After the concrete 30 is hardened, the plate 28 is removed from the concrete 30 (Fig.2(C)). Finally, mortar 32 is filled in an annular recess 42 formed after removing the plate 28, and the upper face is finished to be flat.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enlarged-diameter size measuring instrument for measuring the size, etc. of a pile bottom part of a hole for an enlarged-diameter cast-in-place pile made by waterless-digging the ground.
      SOLUTION: This enlarged-diameter size measuring instrument comprises an imaging means mounted on an end of a kelly-bar, etc. of a boring machine and housed in a casing, a rule for pile diameter checking placed outside the casing, a tilting means for the rule, and an output display means with an image taken by the imaging means projected thereonto. The casing is mounted on the end of the kelly-bar, etc., and moved downward in the hole for the pile in a state of small-diameter position with the rule upward inclined. When the casing reaches an enlarged-diameter part, the rule is gradually brought down to a horizontal position and brought into contact with a hole wall, and the kelly-bar is turned. A state in which the rule is in contact with the hole wall is imaged by the imaging means over all around the hole wall and is projected onto the display means.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly rigid frame of a vibration unfavorable floor in a clean room and its construction method, capable of preventing generation of out-gas from a highly rigid floor joist, and capable of further desirably improving workability and construction schedule control.
      SOLUTION: In this construction method of the highly rigid frame 1 of the vibration unfavorable floor in the clean room, a plurality of square pipes 11 are juxtaposed on an upper surface of a girder 2 and a beam 3, and a filling port 13 is formed in a plurality of mutually discontinuous positions on an upper surface of the square pipes 11. The highly rigid floor joist 10 is formed by making the square pipe 11 highly rigid by filling mortar 12 inside the pipes 11 via the filling port 13. Next, an out-gas preventive coating film 30 is applied to the filling port 13 for preventing alkaline gas generated from the mortar 12 from blowing off to an external part of the highly rigid floor joist 10 via the filling port 13.
