SOLUTION: In this air conditioning system having an air circulation passage 34 including an air conditioning area and comprising an air conditioning means, a ventilation passage 6 passing the air conditioning area and provided with dampers for ventilation respectively at its inlet and outlet, and an air distributing means 14 for conveying the air in the air circulation passage or the ventilation passage, and capable of switching a ventilation mode for guiding the outside cold air from the ventilation passage into the air conditioning area by using the air distributing means or natural wind, and an air conditioning mode for cycling the air in the air circulation passage while closing the ventilation passage, and operating the air conditioning means, a radiation cooling means 16 is disposed over the entire air conditioning area, and a radiation cooling mode is set between the ventilation mode and the air conditioning mode for operating the radiation cooling means while opening the ventilation passage or a state of closing the ventilation passage.
