    • PURPOSE:To obtain a blind type room heating device utilizing solar heat capable of being used semi-permanently with a comparatively simple mechanism without spoiling the function of a window by a method wherein pipes, into which heat medium is sealed, are connected in the shape of a blind to make a heat accumulating body, being movable between a glass window and a heat dissipating chamber. CONSTITUTION:A heat collecting chamber 5 is formed by double window glasses 2, 2, a frieze 3 and a wainscot wall 4 while the heat accumulating body 9, in which the pipes 7, into which the heat medium 6 such as calcium chloride is sealed, are connected by connecting wires 8 in the shape of blind, are hung from the upper part thereof. By rotating a handle 16 for a winding device 15, wires 10 are wound, the heat accumulating body 9 is taken down into the heat dissipating chamber 12 and is accommodated onto a guide plate 18 under being piled sequentially. When the accommodation is finished, a lid plate 19, fixed to the upper part of the connecting wires 8 of the pipes 7, is seated on the outlet and inlet port 17 to prevent the dissipation of heat upwardly from the heat dissipation chamber 12. The heat dissipating chamber 12 is provided with louvers 20 at the upper and lower parts of the front surface and a fan 21 is provided in the chamber. When the sun is shining, the heat accumulating body 9 is moved into the heat collecting chamber 5 to receive sun beams.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a balance window type room heating device utilizing solar heat, which is facilitated in the handling thereof, by a method wherein a heat accumulating body, in which pipes filled with heat medium are connected in the shape of a blind, is divided into two parts of equal weight. CONSTITUTION:A heat accumulating body accommodating chamber 3 is provided at the upper wall 2 of a window glass 1. The pipes 4, filled with the heat medium 5 and connected in the shape of blind by connecting wires 6, are formed into the blind type heat accumulating bodies 7a, 7b covering the half of the light receiving area of the window glass 1 and having equal weights, are suspended from a roller 9 attached to the upper part of the heat accumulating body accommodating chamber 3 at the intermediate part thereof. In the day time, the heat accumulating bodies 7a, 7b are located at the light receiving surface of the window glass 1 by pulling them by hand. When sun beams disappeared, the heat accumulating bodies 7a, 7b are pulled by hand upwardly or downwardly to locate the heat accumulating body 7a in the accommodating chamber 3 and the heat accumulating body 7b at the lower part of the window glass to effect natural heat dissipation.

As a method for the purpose, a thermally expandable substance is used as the fluid substance. Or, instead of the method, a variable pressure means to inject and remove the fluid substance 15 in accordance with strength of the insolation or radiation is provided, or a variable pressure means to vary the capacity of the space section 13 in accordance with strength of the insolation or radiation is provided.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce working loads and working misses at a cooled place and to improve a working speed by using a light transmission means using an optical fiber and displaying only information necessary for workers at the present point of time on a carrying vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A light transmission equipment 10 is arranged on the upper part of a traveling route of a carrying vehicle 10 such as a forklift in a freezing/refrigerating chamber and sends optical information to the passing carrying vehicle 10. A command device sends necessary information such as the contents of work to the equipment 10 through an optical fiber 12. A display device 18 receives the optical information outputted from the equipment 10 and displays the received information on a display device 50 such as a fluorescent display. The contents of display correspond to a slip 1 and the display can be updated by depressing a button. In case of applying an instruction to the worker, only the information necessary at that time can be displayed on the display device 50 of the carrying vehicle driven by the worker without using a slip. Thereby, the worker may execute work corresponding to the displayed contents without executing ordinary slip arrangement, so that the working efficiency can be improved.

      CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for sprinkling the roof 12 of a building with water by a sprinkler 10, the sprinkling of water and the re-utilization of sprinkled water by recovery are automatically controlled by a control circuit 14. That is, signals from an actinometer 16 for detecting the total quantity of solar radiation incident to the surface of the roof 12, a radiation quantity detector 18 for detecting atmospheric radiation quantity IL and a temp. detector 20 for detecting atmospheric temp. t
