摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid resin composition in which a crystallization rate of a polylactic acid resin forming a stereo complex is sufficiently increased as well as a stereo complex crystal ratio is increased, and to provide a polylactic acid resin molded article by melt-molding and crystallizing the polylactic acid resin composition. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid resin composition contains, with respect to 100 pts.mass of the following polylactic acid resin, 0.05 to 30 pts.mass of a nitrogen-containing compound expressed by the formula. In the formula, R 1 represents an 8-22C aliphatic acyl group; and A 1 and A 2 each represents a hydrogen atom or 2-hydroxyethyl group, provided that, at least one of A 1 and A 2 is a 2-hydroxyethyl group.
