    • Provided is an excellent residual gas analyzer, which can perform measurement by being suitably arranged even in small areas, such as those in semiconductor equipments, and can perform measurement to display of measurement results without an external personal computer. The analyzer is provided with a sensor unit (1) having a sensor section (11) for detecting a residual gas; an operating section for receiving operation for controlling the sensor section (11); a residual gas analysis processing section for processing analysis of the residual gas based on the output from the sensor section (11); and an analysis processing result screen display section for displaying on a screen the analysis processing results obtained from the residual gas analysis processing section. The analyzer is also provided with a device main body (2) which can be in a mounted status (P1) wherein the sensor unit (1) is mounted or in a removed status (P2) wherein the sensor unit is removed.

    • An ignition control apparatus for an internal combustion engine for preventing ignition control upon occurrence of rotation reversal of the engine includes a rotation sensor (3) disposed in opposition to projections (11, 12) of a rotor (1), and an ignition timing control circuit (4) for fetching a rotation sensor signal (R) as a reference angular position signal to output a driving signal (P) to the ignition circuit (6). A retarded ignition control means (46) of the control circuit (4) measures a period of a specific interval of the sensor signal (R) while generating a driving signal (P) in dependence on the specific interval period. An arithmetic means (46) of the retarded ignition control means (46) sets an expectation period for accepting a succeeding sensor signal on the basis of the specific interval period to validate only the signal inputted during the expectation period.

    • An eccentricity amplitude of a medium in an eccentricity measuring unit and an eccentricity phase for a start position of one rotation are measured. A region from the start position to end position of one rotation of the medium which was measured is divided into a plurality of regions every predetermined rotational angle, addresses are sequentially allocated to those regions, a sine value of a rotational angle which is increased every predetermined rotational angle has been stored in each address in an eccentricity memory. A read control unit forms an address (a) in an eccentricity memory corresponding to a rotating position of the medium where a light beam is irradiated at present while using the start position of one rotation of the medium as a reference and reads out a corresponding sine value sin&thgr;a from the eccentricity memory by the designation of the address (a). An eccentricity correcting unit obtains an eccentricity amount (L) on the basis of the sine value read out from the eccentricity memory and the measurement values measured by the eccentricity measuring unit, thereby controlling a VCM positioner so as to set off the eccentricity amount (L).
