Since locking portions 62e and 62f which have a diameter larger than the shaft hole 54 are disposed to the extreme end portion of the support shaft 62a in a state that the second shutter plate 5b is attached to the first shutter plate 5a, the support shaft 62a is prevented from being removed from the shaft hole 54. With this arrangement, even if an external shock is applied to the cartridge, it is possible to make the second shutter plate unlike to be removed from the support shaft of the first shutter plate.
