摘要： In an electric pump unit in which a single shaft (main shaft) functions both as a rotation shaft of a pump section and that of a motor section, a rotor of a motor has a structure in which a magnet is embedded in a rotor core (IPM structure). According to the configuration, in the electric pump unit of the invention, it is not required to dispose a protective ring in the periphery of the rotor core. In addition, rotation of the main shaft can be supported by the inner-diameter face of the stator core. Accordingly, the electric pump unit of the invention can be configured as an electric pump unit which is lighter, more compact, and more economical as compared with a conventional product.

摘要： A novel electric internal gear pump integrated with motor is provided which has a relatively compact structure adapted for stable support of a main shaft. The pump includes: a rotor portion 4 having an outer rotor 25 and an inner rotor 26; an electric motor portion 3 for driving the inner rotor 26 into rotation; and a main shaft 5 including a drive shaft of the electric motor portion and a rotary shaft of the inner rotor 26, the drive shaft and rotary shaft formed coaxially and integrally. The main shaft 5 is supported only by a first bearing 10 and a second bearing 16 on axially opposite sides thereof. The rotor portion 4 is interposed between the bearings 10, 16.

摘要： In an electric pump unit, communication between arcuate ports provided in correspondence with a discharge side and a suction side of an internal gear pump is selectively permitted and prohibited in correspondence with movement of a spool of a relief valve. If fluid pressure at the discharge side of the internal gear pump becomes greater than or equal to a predetermined value, the spool moves across an inner arc of one of the arcuate ports corresponding to the suction side of the internal gear pump and from a position at which the spool prohibits the communication between the arcuate ports to a position at which the spool permits the communication. As the spool moves away from the position at which the spool blocks the communication between the arcuate ports, the opening degree of the relief valve changes in accordance with a downward convex curve.
