    • PURPOSE:To produce such state where air is easily dissoluble into oxygen and hydrogen, by vacuum sucking water through micro-hole having diameter shorter than 0.3mm. and gasifying then colliding it against the vacuum sucked air with acute angle to flow through a thin tube with high speed thereby finely mixing water as gasified fine particles with air. CONSTITUTION:Upon start of engine 12 to reduce pressure in a suction pipe 13, a thin suction pipe 9 is also depressurized through a suction connecting pipe 11. Consequently a thin gasifying pipe 4 is also depressurized to suck water through a suction hole 18. Since the diameter of the suction hole 18 is as small as 0.1mm., water is gasified immediately through vacuum suction to move in said pipe 4 and enter through a suction hole 7 into a confluence hole 6. Since air is sucked through a suction hole 8 coupled to the suction hole 7 with acute angle, air and water are sucked together and mixed like spray and fed through a regulating valve 10 and suction connecting pipe 11 into the suction pipe 13.
