摘要： An air-conditioning apparatus includes a body casing of an indoor unit formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. The body casing is formed with a body inlet port on a body bottom, and a body outlet port is formed in each body side. The body casing houses a centrifugal fan, a fan motor rotatably driving the centrifugal fan, and an indoor heat exchanger disposed so as to surround an outer periphery of the centrifugal fan in planar view. In each of the body outlet port, a joint is protrudingly provided with a body-side duct connecting portion that connects a duct thereto. Further, outlet ports are formed. The air-conditioning apparatus includes a plurality of outlet units each protrudingly provided with an outlet-side duct connecting portion that connects the duct thereto. Furthermore, at least one of the joints is formed with a plurality of the body-side duct connecting portions.

The device (50) has a bracket (12) having agenerally U-shaped portion with first and second legs (16, 18). The generally U-shaped portion serves to mount the device (10) to the at least one side wall (55) of the drain pan (50). A shelf (20) extends from the second leg (16) of the bracket (12). A switch (24) is secured to the bracket (12). The switch (24) is triggered when the fluid level (65) rises above a predetermined level causing electrical power to the associated HVAC unit (39) to be shut off. An HVAC unit (39) employing this device is also disclosed.

摘要： An air conditioning system includes: first and second utilization side heat exchangers and a heat source side heat exchanger respectively connected in series; a compressor connected between the first utilization side heat exchanger and the heat source side heat exchanger; an expansion valve connected between the first utilization side heat exchanger and the second utilization side heat exchanger; a pressure control device connected between the second utilization side heat exchanger and the heat source side heat exchanger; and a bypass valve connected between the expansion valve and the heat source side heat exchanger. The bypass valve provides a variable amount of liquid refrigerant flowing from the expansion valve to the heat source side heat exchanger. The pressure control device and the bypass valve cooperate with each other to keep a temperature of the compressor below a maximum allowable temperature predetermined for the compressor.
