摘要： Provided is a toner binder which combines excellent low-temperature fixing properties and excellent hot-offset resistance (namely which permits a wide fixing-temperature range) and which exhibits excellent storage stability. The toner binder comprises (A) a polyester resin, (B) a specific crystalline resin and, if necessary, (C) a non-crystalline linear polyester resin. The polyester resin (A) comprises a carboxylic acid component (x) and a polyol component (y) as the essential constituent units, said component (x) comprising two or more kinds of dicarboxylic acids (x1) selected from among aromatic dicarboxylic acids and ester-forming derivatives thereof in a total amount of 80 mol % or more and further containing an at least trivalent polycarboxylic acid (x2) as another essential component, and said component (y) comprising a C2-10 aliphatic diol (y1) in an amount of 50 mol % or more. Further, the polyester resin (A) exhibits a storage modulus at 150° C. [G′(150)] of 2000 Pa or more, and the [G′(150)] and [G′(180)] (storage modulus at 180° C.) of the resin (A) satisfy a specific relationship.

The substrate includes a first holding unit configured to hold one surface of the substrate and a second holding unit disposed to face the first holding unit and configured to hold one surface of the substrate. Further, the substrate includes a moving mechanism configured to relatively move at least one of the first holding unit and the second holding unit to approach each other and stay spaced apart from each other, and a transfer mechanism configured to hold the one surface of the substrate. In this case, a support of the substrate in the first holding unit, the second holding unit and the transfer mechanism is performed by a Bernoulli chuck.

摘要： A composite-material structure of T-shaped cross section has a horizontal plate and an integral vertical web. The vertical web is formed between opposite forming faces of die members, and the horizontal plate is formed between the die members and a horizontal pressing plate positioned above or below the die members. In order to urge the die members against each other for forming, wedges are provided. The die members, pressing plate and wedges are placed between a lower stationary part and an upper movable part of a pressing machine. When the movable part descends towards the stationary part, the wedges exert forces to the die members to urge the members toward each other due to a wedge action, and the pressing plate is vertically urged against the die members.
