摘要： A molded plastic part prepared by injecting a resin in a cavity of a die so that a pressure is generated in the resin in the cavity and at least one transfer wall surface of the cavity is transferred to the resin. 摘要： In a heat exchanger having a side plate for reinforcing a core portion, after an elastic support member for supporting the core portion is inserted between opposite walls of the side plate, a part of the opposite walls having a slit portion is plastically deformed at a position around the slit to form a protrusion. The protrusion protrudes toward the support member to be engaged with a recess of the elastic support member. Further, the silt is provided to penetrate through each opposite wall without being opened to an outer peripheral end of the side plate. Accordingly, the support member can be readily attached to the side plate, while it can prevent the side plate from being deformed in a brazing.
