摘要： A method of producing a composite steel body shaft by using at least one cooling metal mold having a cavity of a diameter and a steel body having another cavity of another diameter both of which cavities are coaxially disposed to define a through-hole in which the remelting and solidifying of electrode is effected to provide a shaft portion connected to the hollow body. At a contact position defined by both the metal mold and the hollow steel body at which contact position the diameter of the through-hole is reduced step-wise, a space is provided so that the diameter of the through hole is reduced gradually without the step-wise reduction of diameter of the through hole so as to prevent the confining of slag from occurring at the contact position.

摘要： A light-emitting device having an LED element and a resin layer including a convex portion covering the LED element can suppress color unevenness to achieve light emission with uniform color distribution. The light-emitting device can include a substrate, an LED element mounted on the substrate, a resin layer which contains a wavelength conversion material and is formed on the substrate to cover the LED element, the resin layer including a convex portion directly covering the LED element and a flat thin film portion extending around the convex portion, and a reflective portion which is formed over the thin film portion around the convex portion. A diffusion portion can be formed to cover the convex portion of the resin layer.

The display simultaneously displays, upon a switch from the capture mode to the send mode, the processed image data and a manipulation. The manipulation includes pixel values of the source image data and dummy values. An input inputs an address of a terminal to which the processed image data is to be transmitted. A transmitter transmits an address of a terminal together with the processed image data over a network to a server such that the server executes a processing for providing the processed image data to the terminal. An image data processor determines an image processing capacity of the terminal and converts an image size of the source image data such that the processed image data is commensurate with the image processing capacity of the terminal.
